Innovation in Education builds scalable learning systems that convert schooling into demonstrable capability. By integrating AI, blockchain, and systems thinking, we help students produce verifiable work, develop durable skills, and signal readiness for complex, fast-changing futures.
Founded by Rich Baxter, a Toronto public school teacher with 30+ years of international experience, the organization focuses on learner-owned outcomes rather than content delivery—aligning education with employability, entrepreneurship, and emerging credential markets.
Our approach combines:
- AI as cognitive amplification, supporting inquiry and creativity without replacing thinking
- Blockchain-verified portfolios (Lern2ern), giving students permanent ownership of their work and clear skill signaling
- Systems and entrepreneurial learning, where students create real solutions through Innovation Sprints (QS Reimagine Education Bronze Award, 2021)
Validated in diverse public-school and international contexts, our model is designed for scalability, low-resource environments, and measurable impact.
Bottom line: We don’t optimize education for efficiency—we build infrastructure for learner-owned, future-ready outcomes.
